Every signal we publish is monitored to its own exit — target, stop, or expiry — and marked to real quotes. This is the record of those outcomes as they close. It is signal performance at the published exit rules, not account returns, and it fills in on its own as signals resolve.

How am I billed?
Your first 30 days are free — you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost. After the trial, it is $49.99/month for your dedicated instance, renewing monthly. Your market-data vendors (ThetaData, Alpaca) bill you directly — we never mark them up or resell them.
Can I cancel?
Yes — anytime, in one click. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately and there is no lock-in. Your box stays available through the end of the period you have already paid for, then it is decommissioned.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final and payments are non-refundable: once your box has been built and provisioned, that billing period is charged. Because you can cancel anytime to prevent any future charge, you are never locked in — you simply are not refunded for a period already started.
Do I need my own data accounts?
Yes. AISignalBox is bring-your-own-data. You connect your own ThetaData (options) and Alpaca (equities) keys during signup; they are encrypted on your box and used only to run your instance.
Is this investment advice?
No. AISignalBox is an educational and research tool. The Signal Score is a ranking metric on a 0–100 scale — not a probability of profit, a forecast, or a recommendation. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss.
